Construction and Appearance. Crafted from forged or billet aluminum sourced in the USA, the calipers are CNC machined for precision and durability. They feature a powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and an attractive appearance. The 14-inch rotor is a 2-piece design with vented, slotted, and drilled zinc plating, paired with billet aluminum hats for reduced weight and increased rigidity.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and designed to fit the OE Ford 8.8-inch c-clip rear end with 5 lug axles. No drilling is required, but a master cylinder upgrade is recommended to optimize braking performance.
Application. This brake kit fits Ford Mustangs from 1979 to 1992 equipped with the OE 8.8-inch c-clip rear end and 5 lug axles, ensuring proper fitment and function for these specific models and years.
