Designed specifically to upgrade the rear braking system, it improves control and heat dissipation during aggressive driving or daily use.
Construction and Appearance. This brake kit features 4-piston S4 floating calipers CNC machined from forged or billet aluminum sourced in the USA, finished with a durable powder coat. The rotors are 2-piece, vented, slotted, drilled, and zinc-plated with billet aluminum hats, providing lightweight durability and corrosion resistance. The kit includes stainless braided hoses to ensure strength and longevity under extreme conditions.
Installation. Installation is moderately straightforward with no drilling required, utilizing a precision-engineered backing plate that doubles as a caliper mount and park brake assembly housing. The kit is a direct fit designed for easy upgrade on the specified vehicles.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 1993 Mustang equipped with the OE Ford 8.8 inch c-clip rear end and 5 lug axle configuration. A master cylinder upgrade is recommended for optimal performance with this kit.
