    Improves Traction And Handling. The stock stamped steel rear upper control arm on the 2011-2014 Mustang is notorious for flexing under hard launches and even when taking a turn. This flex will manifest itself as wheel hop, meaning you're losing traction with the roads surface, which results in poor handling performance. You can eliminate this wheel hop and improve the traction of your Mustang by upgrading to a BMR Suspension Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm. Ideal for street, strip, and road race applications a BMR Rear Upper Control Arm will provide quicker, more consistent launches as well as improved handling characteristics.

    On-Car Adjustable. BMR's Rear Upper Control Arm is designed to be on-car adjustable, thanks to a threaded center section. The on-car adjustability of this Control Arm allows you to dial in the correct pinion angle for increased traction specific to your current driving situation, whether it be street, strip or track. Adjustments can be easily made with just a simple crescent wrench.

    Tubular Construction. BMR proudly designs and manufactures their Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arms right here in the USA. This BMR Upper Control Arm is TIG welded from heavy-duty 1-5/8" diameter heavy wall .120 DOM steel tubing for superior strength. Featuring rolled threads the center adjuster is CNC-machined from chromoly steel for durability and bind free operation. BMR then completes their Control Arms in a durable bright red powder coated finish for great looks and long lasting corrosion resistance.

    Spherical Bearing. This BMR Adjustable Upper Control Arm features a chromoly Teflon lined heavy-duty spherical bearing. Able to withstand extreme loads while still providing bind-free suspension articulation, a spherical bearing is far superior to the fixed, factory rubber bushing.

    Recommended Upgrade. It is highly recommend to upgrade your factory upper control arm mounting bracket to a BMR Rear Upper Control Arm Mount when installing a BMR Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm on a S197 Mustang. Failure to do so may result in a loud clunking noise without the BMR Upper Control Arm Mount installed.

    Application. The BMR Suspension Adjustable Rear Upper Control Arm with Spherical Bushings is designed to fit all 2011 to 2014 Mustangs including the V6, GT, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models.

      Be Gone Tho-err Wheel Hop

      Had a performance shop in my area install this upper control arm along with the BMR bracket for it, double adjustable BMR lower control arms with rod ends, relocation brackets for the lower control arms, a double adjustable BMR panhard bar and a support brace for the panhard bar. The rear end of my car is locked down. The horrendous wheel hop I've put up with for 5 years now is gone. Why I waited so long I don't know. Give me a time machine and I'll go back and buy myself this combo a couple months after taking delivery of the car lol. Now the weak link in the drive train seems to be the tires. Better to spin them than snap something or have wheel hop shake apart my rear differential. 10 of 10 would buy again. Highly recommend the spherical bushing to remove any binding with side to side motion that your other personal suspension parts don't eliminate.

      The bmr control arm is great you can fully adjust it and it looks so much better than factory. I had it on at the track and instantly no more wheel hop

      It's a good color and it's better then a stock cuz you can adjust it as much as you and not plain like stock one
