Description
ENGINE OIL PUMP UPGRADE. The Boundary Racing Pumps Billet Oil Pump with Ported Gear Vane and Billet Steel Back Plate, treated with a dual-stage heat process including MartenWear, is designed to replace the factory oil pump on high-performance Ford 5.2L engines. It ensures maximum oil flow and durability, critical for maintaining engine health under high RPMs and extreme conditions. This pump is widely used in both motorsport and performance street applications for reliable oil delivery.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Starting from the Ford OEM housing, this upgraded pump features a mirror-finished billet gear set and a Black Series ported gerotor, both treated with dual-stage heat treatment for enhanced wear resistance. The billet steel back plate is engineered for anti-cavitation protection and incorporates stainless steel Torx fasteners with a corrosion-resistant finish.
INSTALLATION. This pump is designed as a direct replacement for the stock unit and requires no drilling or modifications during installation. All fasteners are torqued to precise specifications with Loctite and anaerobic sealant applied to ensure a secure, leak-free fitment.
APPLICATION. Engineered to fit the 2020-2023 Mustang GT500, 2023 Ford Raptor R 5.2L, and 2025 Mustang GTD 5.2L models, this oil pump upgrade meets the demanding requirements of these vehicles without needing modification for proper fitment.
