Description
High Performance Rotor. The DBA 5000 Series XS Cross Drilled and Slotted Rotor for the front axle delivers exceptional braking performance through advanced engineering and durable materials. It is designed to efficiently dissipate heat and reduce brake fade, making it ideal for demanding driving conditions while maintaining reliable stopping power.
Construction and Appearance. This rotor features a two-piece construction with high carbon alloyed cast iron rings and aerospace-grade 6061 T6 aluminum hats, reducing weight and enhancing heat management. The surface is cross drilled and symmetrically slotted with a cubic boron nitride finish to maintain precision and minimize noise. Painted non-friction areas help prevent rust and add to the visual appeal.
Installation. Installation is straightforward as a direct replacement with no drilling or special modifications required. The rotor’s bi-directional surface design allows for universal left or right installation, simplifying the process.
Warranty. This rotor comes with a 12-month or 20,000 km (12,000 miles) warranty, supporting durability and customer confidence.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit the 2006 to 2013 Corvette C6 427, Grand Sport, and Z06 models without the Z07 Brake Package.
