Description
Leak-Free Connection. The Flowmaster Header Collector Ball Flange Kit for 2.50-inch collector to 2.50-inch outlet tubing provides a gasket-free connection that replaces traditional three-bolt header flanges. It delivers a secure, leak-free seal between header and collector tubes, enhancing exhaust system performance and durability.
Construction and Appearance. This kit is made from 16 gauge aluminized steel, offering excellent durability and corrosion resistance. The tubing features a smooth, gray aluminized finish and includes a leak-proof ball and socket seal for a high-performance, lasting connection.
Installation. Installation requires welding for a secure fit and leak-free operation. Some adaptation may be necessary to fit specific exhaust setups, but the slip-fit design simplifies assembly.
Application. Universal fit; some adaptation may be required to install this kit onto various vehicle makes and models, as it is not a direct fit part. This kit is emission code 5 compliant and legal for use on emissions controlled vehicles.
