Description
Premium Turbo Headers. The Flowtech 1-3/4-Inch LS Turbo Headers; 409 Stainless; Ceramic Coated provide a high-performance exhaust solution designed specifically for turbocharged GM LS engines. These headers optimize exhaust flow and scavenging, improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency, which is critical for racing and off-road applications.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy duty 16-gauge 409 stainless steel, these headers are mandrel bent via CNC processes to maintain consistent tubing diameters that enhance fluid exhaust flow. The ceramic coating offers excellent heat resistance and corrosion protection while giving the headers a durable, attractive silver finish.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill. The headers utilize standard mounting flanges and include premium aluminum header gaskets and 3” V-band flanges and clamps. Mounting bolts and hardware are not included. Some adaptation may be necessary to fit various LS engine configurations.
Application and Fitment. Fits universal GM Gen III/IV LS engines ranging from 4.8L through 7.0L V8 configurations. Intended primarily for racing use only and not legal for emissions-controlled vehicles.
