      Description

      Performance Headers for LS Swaps. The Flowtech 1-5/8-Inch LS Swap Shorty Headers are built to deliver power and efficiency in GM LS engine swap applications. Designed for LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, and LSX engines, these headers enhance exhaust flow for improved horsepower and torque across the RPM range. Their compact shorty design and rear exit configuration make them ideal for tight engine bays and custom swap builds.

      Construction and Appearance. These headers are constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel and finished with a polished surface for corrosion resistance and a clean, high-performance look. The 1-5/8-inch mandrel-bent primaries feed into 2-1/2-inch collectors with included reducers and O2 sensor bungs, while 3/8-inch thick flanges provide a strong, reliable seal against exhaust leaks. Each kit includes premium gaskets and collector hardware for a complete installation.

      Installation. Installation is rated as hard and typically requires fabrication or modification, especially when fitting into custom engine bay configurations. Professional installation is strongly recommended for best results and proper clearance.
