The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head 63-cc Aluminum Cylinder Head comes with a 63-cc combustion chamber that’s fully CNC-machined, greatly reducing carbon build-up which can hinder air flow. Built-in high-flow ports are designed for super-efficient airflow within the combustion chambers. This aluminum cylinder head’s performance is further maximized by accommodating larger 2.08-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust valves.

High-Strength Construction. The Ford Performance 302/351W Z-Head 63cc Aluminum Cylinder Head is constructed from cast A356 T6 aluminum, taking advantage of the material’s superior strength to weight ratio. The result is a cylinder head that’s significantly lighter than stock. Pre-installed steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats provide strength while manganese-bronze valve guides ensure smooth valve actuation. Please note that the valve guides and seats require finishing.

Application Notes. The Ford Performance 63-cc Aluminum Cylinder Head is intended for competition use only, and shouldn’t be used on vehicles meant for public roads. This cylinder head will require a competition valve job and bowl blending. Additional components required by this cylinder head include a guide plate, 0.437-inch screw-in studs, intake and exhaust valves, roller rocker arms, and an intake manifold gasket. Additionally, custom headers and a raised exhaust port exit may also be required.
