Description

Designed for racers and high-performance enthusiasts, it delivers increased horsepower without sacrificing torque, making it an essential upgrade for the 5.0L Coyote engine platform.
Construction and Appearance. Made from lightweight composite material, the intake manifold features a streamlined design with enhanced lid stiffness. Its runners are tuned precisely for peak power at 7,750 RPM and are built to withstand boost pressures exceeding 20 PSI while maintaining durability and reliability.
Installation. Installation requires compatible Ford Performance throttle bodies and installation kits. Modifications such as hood clearancing or aftermarket components may be needed to accommodate the intake manifold’s profile. A cold air kit or equivalent is necessary to connect to the oval throttle body. Calibration tuning is mandatory to avoid engine damage and is not included with the manifold.
Application. This intake manifold is designed for Mustang GT models equipped with manual transmissions. Fitment requires specific adjustments such as hood modifications or aftermarket components to ensure proper clearance and compatibility.
