Description
Shortest Braking Distance. When it comes to rack racing, a good braking system can mean the difference between smooth driving a mediocre performance. Hawk Performance DTC-60 Brake Pads are designed to give out a high friction output that delivers a grinding initial bite that brings your car to a stop within seconds. Even with the aggressive braking, the pads remain gentle on the rotor making the breaking smooth and noise free.
Superior Pad Wear. Aggressive braking generates large quantities of heat that wear down even the toughest of the brake pads. That’s why Hawk Performance opted for Ferro-carbon compound as it delivers superior pad wear and is gentle on the rotor. The compound also reduces the dust produced thus extending the lifespan of the rotors.
Ferro-Carbon Formulation. The Ferro-carbon compound used to make these pads has an operating temperature of 400-1600 F so that it can withstand the heat resulting from the aggressive braking on the track. The compound also offers higher torque values compared to your car’s stock pads.
Bolt-On Installation. The Hawk Performance DTC-60 Brake Pads - Rear Pair come with all the necessary hardware for a bolt-on installation. The installation process is straight-forward and takes not more than 60 minutes to complete.
Limited Lifetime Warranty. Even as Hawk Performance strives to produce top class brake pads, it extends a Limited Lifetime Warranty on these brake pads to cushion users from defects in material and workmanship. Please see the full warranty for exclusions.
