Description
Product Purpose. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator; Black Anodized; Driver Side is designed to separate oil vapors from the crankcase ventilation system, preventing oil accumulation in the intake tract and maintaining fuel octane levels. It improves engine performance and helps keep the intake clean by capturing oil mist before it can enter the intake manifold.
Construction and Appearance. This oil separator is crafted from solid billet aluminum for durability and strength, featuring a black anodized finish with a satin texture for corrosion resistance and a sleek look. It includes OEM style quick connect PCV fittings and a knurled base for easy servicing, sealed with an O-ring to eliminate leaks.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling, making it a quick and hassle-free upgrade. It mounts easily using existing hoses and hardware, preserving the factory look and function.
Warranty. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty for peace of mind regarding product quality and durability.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 2014-2019 Chevrolet Corvette C7 with the LT1 6.2L engine, excluding Z06 and ZR1 variants, ensuring precise compatibility without modifications.
