      Description

      Reduces Engine Sludge. The build-up of oil sludge from crankcase breather and PCV vapors is a big problem for all engines, especially high-performance applications. The oil sludge gets extremely messy, impedes PCV operation and can even dilute the gas, harming performance. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator deals with this by providing a big 3-ounce capacity billet aluminum oil separator with multi-stage filtration. Once installed, it looks so good it could be a factory-installed upgrade.

      Solid One-Piece Billet Aluminum. J&L manufactures the 3.0 Oil Separator out of solid billet aluminum for superior performance and strength. The bottom of the canister is knurled so it can easily be opened for periodic emptying of the sludge. The multi-stage filtration has a fine-mesh stainless-steel screen and a honeycomb aluminum screen to ensure all vapors are effectively captured from the breather hose, leaving only clean air to go back into your engine.

      1-Year J&L Limited Warranty. J&L ships the 3.0 Oil Separator with a 1-year limited warranty, under which J&L will replace or repair parts if they find them to be defective in workmanship or material.

      Not CARB Certified. This J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is not presently CARB certified. This means it cannot legally be used in California or any other state that uses California emissions regulations.

      Application. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is designed to fit on the driver’s side of the 2012–2013 Mustang BOSS, 2011–17 Mustang GT, and 2015–2020 Shelby GT350
