      Track car

Easy install in about one hour.. Easy to adjust. Currently have set at about 75 of possible firmness. One adjustment sets both compression and rebound firmness. reduces rear end lift during braking and squat on acceleration. Car sticks better than before on uneven track surface.

like night and day so much better!!!!

Love them, but keep in mind if you are going to drive low you need a very high spring rate. I was using 550lb fronts and 400 rears in a del sol b series and the car would still bottom out. Now, the dampers are only rated at 500lb max, the only way I would make this work was to get them revalved or buy the race version which can go up to 1000lb to be able to run 6-700lb springs.

      Awesome Product

Put them on with help of a couple of friends. Easy installment. When installing it make sure to make sure the screw is tight. One rubber goes on top the other on the other side of the chassis. Car feels a lot better very smooth. I could say this was a bang for your buck!!!

Look good and can be adjusted

I neeeded some new shocks. But there isnt too many choices when it comes to a cobra. These first great and reduce wheel hop. That's all I can really ask for

      Great improvement over stock

These Koni's are an absolute improvement over the stock. I was having issues with the rear drooping and the tires rubbing on the fenders, and after these I hardly have that at all. I really enjoy the ability to adjust stiffness so easily. This car feels more solid now when driving, and I can't wait to get the struts next. As far as fitment, I would say that there needs to be a rubber bushing on the bottom of the shock where the mount holes are. After installing these that is something I would absolutely add from the factory, and I'll be looking for something to stick on these when I can. Other than that fits like a shock. Ride quality and handling improvement are excellent. This is what matters the most from a shock, does it do its job. Yes, this one does, very well I might add. Stiffer, less roll, less droop. Also I drive a convertible and just shocks alone are making a huge difference. Bang for your buck I went with good. I was able to get a price match but the asking price is way too high in my honest opinion. Koni runs 3-6 months sales on these things, not a small one usually like 30%. I have no idea why the do that for half a year and then jack the price up. Seems that when Koni doesnt run the sale, some other sellers dont either. I would think a company would buy a bunch at the sale price to keep them in stock and be able to sell them year round lower than the competition. Overall, great shock. Definately recommend. Wait for lower price or find a price match. Cant wait to get the struts.
