Description

Performance Exhaust Component. The Kooks 2-1/2-Inch Catted X-Pipe is designed to optimize exhaust flow and enhance performance for the 2005-2010 Mustang GT 4.6L 3V. It replaces the stock mid-pipe, balancing exhaust pulses and improving power output while maintaining emissions compliance with high-flow catalytic converters.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, this X-pipe offers corrosion resistance and longevity. The ball and socket connection allows a precise fit with Kooks headers, and the factory-style finish ensures a sleek and professional look.

Installation. Installation is straightforward with included clamps, requiring no drilling. It is a direct replacement that connects to the OEM exhaust using existing clamps (not included) and is compatible with headers featuring 2-1/2" collectors.

Application. Specifically engineered for the 2005-2010 Mustang GT equipped with Kooks headers featuring 2-1/2" collectors. Performance catalytic converters are not for use on forced induction applications.
