Description
Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter. The Magnaflow Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter; Standard Grade is designed to restore proper emissions control while maintaining engine performance. Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high strength 16 gauge 409 stainless steel with corrosion-resistant 410 stainless steel hangers, the converter features durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds. The clam-shell body has a stainless steel finish and includes a heat shield made from aluminized steel, ensuring long-lasting durability and resistance to corrosion.
Installation. The direct-fit design allows for easy installation without the need for cutting, welding, or drilling. Included hardware and precise 3D scanning ensure an OEM-like fit for a straightforward DIY installation.
Warranty. This product comes with a 25,000-mile emissions warranty and a 5-year construction warranty for confidence in quality and reliability.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 1987-1993 Ford Mustang 2.3L vehicles, this catalytic converter meets Federal EPA emissions requirements but is not legal for sale or installation in California, Colorado, or New York.
