The McLeod Original Street Twin Disc Ceramic Clutch Kit with 6-Bolt Steel Flywheel and 26-Spline input shaft is engineered for high horsepower street vehicles, providing reliable engagement in demanding applications. It is ideal for cars equipped with superchargers, turbochargers, NOS, or large displacement engines, delivering superior power transfer and durability under heavy loads.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. This clutch kit includes a billet steel flywheel for enhanced strength and longevity, paired with a 10.5-inch ceramic disc rated to handle up to 1200 HP. The components are precision manufactured for optimal performance with a durable finish suited for high-stress environments.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill; no drilling is necessary. Proper alignment and resurfacing of the flywheel are critical steps to ensure smooth operation and prevent clutch chatter.
WARRANTY. The product includes a 90-day limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
APPLICATION. Specifically fits 1997 to 2013 Corvette C5 and C6 models, excluding the ZR1 variant.
