It combines durability with street-friendly operation to provide a smooth driving experience while maximizing performance.
Construction and Appearance. The system features a robust 157-tooth aluminum flywheel paired with an organic or ceramic friction disc designed to optimize clutch engagement and longevity. The aluminum flywheel is precision-machined for balance and durability, exhibiting a natural metallic finish that resists wear and heat. Both disc options provide consistent friction characteristics suitable for street use and high-torque applications.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill with no need for drilling or special modifications. Proper alignment of the bellhousing and resurfacing of the flywheel are recommended to ensure optimal clutch performance and longevity. Additionally, following the manufacturer's recommended break-in procedure of approximately 500 to 750 miles will help achieve optimal operation and clutch life.
