Description
High Performance Clutch. The McLeod RXT Twin Disc 1000HP Ceramic Clutch Kit for Cable Linkage Applications with a 10-Spline design is engineered to handle up to 1000 horsepower, ideal for high-powered street and strip use. This twin disc setup ensures smooth engagement and manageable pedal effort, providing excellent drivability without sacrificing performance.
Construction and Appearance. Featuring two ceramic-lined friction discs for enhanced durability and smooth engagement, this clutch uses a diaphragm-style pressure plate and includes a small black adapter ring. The discs and pressure plate are designed for longevity and consistent performance under demanding conditions.
Installation. Installation is straightforward for those experienced with clutch replacement and requires no drilling. Proper bellhousing alignment and flywheel resurfacing are recommended for optimal results.
Warranty. This product comes with a 90-day warranty against defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Application. Specifically designed for 1986 through mid-2001 Mustang GT models and 1993 through 1998 Mustang Cobra models equipped with cable linkage clutch systems, it offers a direct fit with no modifications needed.
