Ultimate All-Season Performance. With the level of traction, stopping power, and all-season performance you get from the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+, you'd think this tire is a summer-only tire that can't handle the cold stuff. You'd be wrong. The Pilot Sport A/S 3+ offers the most capability of any all-season tire, outperforming competitors in corners and on the track – hot or cold.

Variable Contact 3.0 Tread. The Pilot Sport A/S 3+ innovates and updates its advanced tread pattern with a variable contact design, spreading corner pressure more evenly for more grip and control. This unique design also ensures your tread's long-lasting, backed by a 45,000-mile warranty.

Silica+ Compound. The Pilot Sport A/S 3+ gets its all-season capability through its combination of unique 3D siping and an ultra-high silica content that balances grip with durability. The Extreme Silica+ compound stays grippy when wet, while large rain grooves and 3D sipes help in rain and snow.

Application. The Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ Tire was specifically designed as a true high-performance, all-season tire solution for any Ford Mustang.

        5 Top Rated Questions

Hi guys, I am looking for a set of new tires for my Mustang (2011, v6). First, I was thinking about the Pirelli PZero Nero tires, but lately I switched my attention to the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 . The question is, which tire is the better one? Handling, noise etc. I only drive my Mustang from spring to fall, so the car might see some rain, but definitely no snow. Thanks

        • Typically the Pirelli PZero Nero rates better than the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3. The Michelin will offer slightly better dry traction, but as a trade off will also ride harsher.

Will 255/40r19 fit on my 2019 Mustang GT California Special stock rims? Also I wanted to put 255/40r19 on the front and 275/40r19 for the rear would the 275’s also fit?

        • From my understanding, the California Special models come equipped with 19x8.5 wheels. The 255/40R19 wheels will fit. However, the 275s will not as they require at least a 9 inch wheel.

        • 245/35R19 and 285/30R19 tires will fit without any issues on your 2010 GT.

Would have given 5 but two rims had some scrapes. The Michelin AS3 are amazing!

            Horrible tires!

I was under the impression that these Michelin's were better than the Pirelli's that came on my 2011 GT/CS but unfortunately they are not. They howl at 45mph and above so loud. The Pirelli's that I replaced had around 60,000 miles on them and they easily had half the road noise that these Michelin's have. I am not satisfied at all with this product.

            Great tires!

I bought these after having a terrible experience with the Pirelli P Zero original equipment tires on my 2016 Mustang GT. After 5600 miles the rear tires were almost bald and had almost no traction below 50 degrees. They would slip and slide providing hardly any traction and almost caused several accidents. The Michelin tires are an absolute outstanding improvement over the Pirelli’s. I feel like I’m back in control of my Mustang again. Why have a performance car that won’t perform. Consumer Reports rated these tires #1 in high performance all season tires and I agree.

            Black out

Received tires quick and they are everything they are supposed to be only problem one tire was over a year and a half old. AM should check date on the tires before sending them out. I don’t know the tire was old until after it was installed and cleaned up. Only reason for a four star.

First thing I noticed was how much quieter they are compared to stock, great handling with plenty of grip and good looking profile as well. That said, I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase of these tires...

            Ok Pilot Tires

I like the ride of these tires. I dont feel every bump in the road like I did with my old Pilot Sport tires. The downside is these tires do not grip the road. Maybe its the All Season design. The pure summer tire version was a little better!

Wheel and tire package Oh my God head summer tires on my 2018 mustang! Put Michelin’s and Foose Rims! It’s like a totally different car:) Looks great! I thought going to a 20 inch and an all season tire it would be a rougher ride oh my God I was wrong so smooth handles so much better! Smooth and quiet worth every penny!

            Amazing tires!

I got my mustang with 11,000 miles and by the time I got to 24,000 miles the stock pirelli pzero neros were practically bald, I was slipping in dry weather even just in my neighborhood at low speeds. After having these tires for about two months I cant get enough of them! They have yet to seriously lose grip even at high speeds. They also shine in the rain, of course with some caution, but I have never felt this level of grip on any tire/car combo.
