Better Airflow. Equipping your car with this Mishimoto Performance Cold Air Intake with Red Oiled Filter will improve the airflow to your car’s engine. This cold air intake features a high-flow air filter, as well as a non-restrictive intake elbow that allows the air to freely pass through. With a greater supply of cool and clean air, your engine will be able to deliver a better combustion process, resulting in significant power gains.
No Tuning Is Required. Unlike other cold air intakes on the market, this product doesn’t require any tuning. Just mount it to your car’s factory location and it is ready for use.
High-Flow Air Filter. This cold air intake is able to pump clean air to your car’s engine, thanks to its high-flow air filter. This component comes with an oiled red cotton gauze filter to easily trap dirt and other contaminants present in the air.
Silicone Intake Elbow. To withstand your engine compartment’s radiant heat, this cold air intake is built with an intake elbow that’s made of a tough silicone material. With its silicone construction, the intake pipe boasts a high thermal resistance, preventing it from deforming. Also, this red intake elbow is reinforced with steel wires for a more rigid and strong build.
MAF Sensor Housing. This cold air intake comes equipped with a MAF sensor housing to ensure proper airflow readings. With this component, your car’s engine computer will be able to better calculate how much fuel needs to be injected.
