    Review & Installation Video

Hey I’m Justin with, here with a way to keep your ride cool all while making a dramatic visual improvement under the hood as well, I’m talking about these Mishimoto aluminum radiators for your 94-04 Mustang. Mishimoto has become one of the industry leaders in producing quality performance radiators for just about any vehicle you can think of, from bone stock daily drivers to hardcore professional race cars. These direct replacements are a great solution to an old, damaged, or leaking factory rad, or for a heavily modded or forced induction car, where the cooling system just can’t keep up with the increased cooling needs. The Mishimoto will help keep your street or strip Mustang much cooler by using this 2 row core, which is going to allow for a 25% increase in cooling capacity next to your stock radiator. Every Mishimoto radiator is constructed using durable lightweight aluminum, features leak proof fittings, and are all hand welded to ensure top notch quality and fitment. On top of all that, every Mishimoto radiator is backed by a no questions asked, limited lifetime warranty. A big feature with the Mishimoto is their patent pending floating bracket mounting system, that eliminates a major flaw in the factory mount design. Because of the Mustangs torque the front of the car tends to flex under load, which can sometimes lead to a damaged radiator. The floating brackets attach to the side of the radiator, using these rubber grommets to absorb any movement, in addition Mishimoto has added breaks to the top and bottom header plates, that allow the radiator to flex without being damaged. Getting this installed may be slightly more difficult than installing say, a cold air intake for instance, but honestly it’s not that bad. Think of it as a giant oil change. Before getting started you will need something on hand to hold all that fluid, in this case we recommend having at least a 15 quart drain pan on hand, before you start draining your fluids. Once you get all the fluids drained, remove the hoses from the stock radiator, unbolt it, and remove it from the engine bay. Reinstall the new Mishimoto in reverse order, reattach the hoses and fill it with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water. Doing all this should take you no more than 2 hours. Any gearhead knows that heat is one of the worse enemies of performance, it can hurt power, damage your fuel mileage and worse of all damage your motor. So if you want to help your Mustang keep its cool whether it’s on the street or the track, then you’ll definitely want to check out one of these Mishimoto performance aluminum radiators, right here at

Keep Cool. With up to 25% more cooling capacity than your GT, Cobra, or V6's stock radiator, a Mishimoto is a must-have mod if you're pushing your Pony on the street or the strip. Whether your engine is stock or modded, if it runs hot you lose valuable horsepower can cause permanent damage. Get the peace of mind you need to go 110% with a high performance radiator.

Floating Bracket Stabilizer System. High torque engines and body flex can cause radiator end tanks to crack or separate from the core, in order to eliminate this issue Mishimoto has engineered a patent-pending floating bracket stabilizer system that allows their radiators to "float" freely with out binding or cracking under stress.

Lightweight Aluminum. Mishimoto Radiators are crafted of lightweight high-quality aluminum. Each radiator is hand-welded to which ensure a perfect fit and great underhood appearance.

Leak-Proof Design. Other aftermarket radiators have a design problem that causes leakage from the outlet to the overflow reservoir. Unlike other manufacturer, Mishimoto uses specially designed brass fittings to ensure leak-free performance. And all of their radiators are pressure tested twice before leaving the factory so you can install your new radiator with confidence.

Application. This Mishimoto Mustang Radiator is designed for the 1994 to 1995 Mustang GT, Cobra, and V6 with manual transmissions only.

Mishimoto's "No Questions Asked" Limited Lifetime Warranty

Technical Note. This Mustang Performance Radiator will fit manual Mustangs only.

      Great quality

Bought this to replace a non name brand 3 row radiator. Temp still climbs higher than what I want. Stays about 200-210 degrees my goal is 180-190. But the quality of the build is far better than any aftermarket radiator I've own or seen. And the lifetime warranty is best in the business.

Mishimoto is the way to go

If you're going to upgrade your radiator from OEM you have to get a Mishimoto. Superior quality, fit perfectly into my 95 5.0, installation was a relaxed couple of hours.

My car used to over heat when I go to competitions and shows. Now it stays at about a quarter temp. Even when I go hard on it it goes up a bit but the moment a chill and leave the car running I see the needle drop back to quarter within a few min. Can't wait to change out my leaking Watters pump and really see what it can do for my cooling syastem.

      Great quality and fit!

This has easily been one of my best purchases and easiest reviews to write. Did a fully rebuild with 347 stroker kit and had issues with overheating in the past. I knew I had to focus on the cooling side so I went with the Mishimoto rad and don't regret it. Car runs cool and fit perfectly. Also running 160 stat ford racing high flow pump and Mishimoto fan.

      great product for the price

Looks great, fits great . Welds are very clean and the aluminium brightens up the engine bay. The stock fan bolted up to it no problem.

      Excellent Design

This radiator design improved on where the original factory design left off. The stabilizer design is a feature to eliminate stress to the radiator and will prolong the integrity of your cooling system without failure due to leaks caused by stress cracks. Installation was as easy and problem free as installing an original factory radiator with absolutely no issues. This radiator is a fantastic deal for the price.

      Mishimoto Radiator

Good quality construction. Mounting brackets are reported to avoid any frame flex problems. I had difficulty fitting fan shroud and overflow tank back into position because of the radiators increased width over stock part.

      Great product

I have a 95 GT. One day driving home my engine was running super warm with the extremely hot weather we were having at the time so I decided that due to all the little upgrades I was doing to my car, it would be a good idea to take care of my engine cooling system if I want to keep her running good. So I ordered this and a Stewards HO Water Pump and installed it (Very simple to install). I also used the Mishimoto chill fluid and after that, my engine was running cooler than ever. When I removed my stock radiator, all the fins were falling off cause they were so brittle. No wonder why my engine was getting so hot! Now on a hot day with my ac on MAX and full cold, my engine temp gauge stays between the O and the R in NORMAL where as before with everything off on a cold day it would be past the M in NORMAL (With the same settings as above it would go past the L in NORMAL). Overall, well worth the money.

      Mishimoto Pro. Alm. Radiator

Nice upgrade from stock. Car runs cool now. This should last a long time. I also put on the Mishimoto Temp. gage radiator cap, & after driving for 45 minutes, it read 130 degrees.
