Construction and Appearance. Crafted from heavy-duty 16-gauge steel tubing, the headers feature 3/8-inch thick machined flanges that prevent warping. Tubes are precision formed and pre-polished to eliminate imperfections before being coated with a durable hi-temp black matte finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and an appealing appearance suited for high-temperature environments.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill; no drilling is generally needed, but some modifications such as a compatible crossmember are necessary for certain model years. Installation hardware and gaskets are included.
