Proven Turbo System. The On3 Performance LSX Swapped Single Turbo System with 70mm Cast Wheel Journal Bearing Turbo is designed to support enhanced power output for LSX engine swapped Foxbody Mustangs. It provides a reliable and efficient boost solution for enthusiasts looking to increase horsepower in their 1979 to 1993 Mustang chassis.

Construction and Appearance. This system features headers fabricated from thick wall 304 stainless steel tubing measuring 1 3/4 inches, ensuring durability and optimal exhaust flow. The downpipe is made from 3.5 inch stainless steel in a stepped design capable of handling up to 1000 horsepower. The cold side piping is crafted from 3 inch 6061 aluminum, bead rolled with a polished finish for both strength and aesthetic appeal. The intercooler piping includes a pre-welded 50mm blow off valve flange and uses premium 5 ply black couplers with stainless steel t-bolt clamps for a secure seal.

Installation. The kit is designed to allow for an efficient installation process with consideration for popular K member compatibility; however, some drilling may be necessary depending on the subframe setup. Proper selection of compatible K members is recommended to avoid fitment issues.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 1987 to 1993 Mustangs with LSX engine swaps. Note that the system may encounter fitment complications with UPR and QA1 K members but is compatible with Team Z, AJE, Maximum Motorsports K members, and the stock K member as indicated.
