100% New. This 170 Amp Mustang Alternator is 100% Brand New, not re-manufactured like other companies sell and is tested at the time of assembly. It comes complete with internal voltage regulator and pulley. The 170 Amp alternator will increase the charging capacity at all RPM Ranges with no modifications required.
More Power. The PA Performance Alternator produces 90+ amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft RPM), and 170+ amps at maximum (6000 alternator shaft RPM). It is required to upgrade the main power wire because this alternator has a higher output than stock. (See the drop down menu option above).
Peace of Mind. Why waste your time and money rebuilding your alternator again and again when it will only fail, replace it with a brand new high performance altenator that includes a Limited One Year Warranty directly from PA Performance for peace of mind.
