With its large, velocity stack design 120-mm inlet tube, this cold air intake is engineered to provide your engine with more than enough cold air. This increased supply of cold air results in a more complete fuel combustion, a quicker throttle response, and improved horsepower and torque.
ECU Re-Tune Necessary. The PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake requires a re-tune of your ECU. The larger diameter inlet tubes may cause a check engine light, due to the larger amount of air entering your system. Moreover, an ECU re-tune will maximize the performance potential of this cold air intake.
Easy To Clean Air Filter. The high-performance air filter that comes with the PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake is designed to maximize airflow entering your engine without compromising filtration. This is achieved through its conical shape and “open” style. This air filter is also designed to be easy to clean, so you don’t have to replace it every so often.
Rugged Construction. The PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake’s large air inlet tube is constructed from features an injection-molded thermoplastic that can take engine bay heat without failing. This air intake comes with a heat shield that’s crafted from high-grade aluminum to protect the air filter from heat damage, extending its service life. This heat shield receives a tough black powder-coat finish, giving it excellent corrosion protection.
Durable Injection-Molded MAF Housing Included. The PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake includes a MAF housing that’s crafted from injection-molded thermoplastic. This MAF sensor can accommodate your Mustang’s MAF sensor without modifications.
Simple Bolt-On, No Mod Installation. The PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake bolts on to your Mustang’s factory air system location without the need for modifications. Installation is completed using just standard hand tools.
Covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty. The PMAS Tune Required Cold Air Intake is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please visit the manufacturer’s website for more details.
