    Daily Driver Friendly. Designed for 'Stangs with the type of bolt-on mods and mild power enhancements that make driving your Pony so much fun, they're still street-friendly and are grippy enough for strip use.

    Superior Design. RAM HDX Clutch kits are designed to provide increased clamp loads compared to stock for a strong "bite". The included Clutch Disc features a heavy duty friction material with a double row rivet design for added rotational strength and a double dampened helix center hub which helps to eliminate gear rattle.

    Application. This RAM HDX kit is designed for the Late 2001-2004 GT, 1999-2004 Cobra, 2001 Bullitt, and 2003-2004 Mach 1 with the T-45, TR-3650, or T-56 transmission with a 10 spline input shaft.

            Pleased so far, still in break in

            The pedal feel on this is lighter than stock feeling but seems to grab well. Still in the break in period so have not got on it yet but seems so far that every day driving will be a snap so if it holds great like it says while driving hard then I say it is a very good clutch for under the 450rwhp mustang

            should have stuck with my centerforce

            I have had this clutch installed for almost a year now. Never had a problem with the clutch not grabbing, break in was easy and this clutch does not chatter, pedal effort is minor and a little stiffer than stock. My only complaints with this clutch are the following: Throw out bearing started squeaking and making noise after 90 miles. Have to snug up the firewall adjuster so the throw out bearing is touching the clutch fingers to make the squeak stop. (Do not want to pull the trans again to replace throw out bearing) During high RPM shifts 6500-7000 RPM the clutch pedal tends to stick to the floor until the RPM's come down. I got spanked by a GT because of this the first time I raced on the new clutch :( no fun shifting into second gear and you are just bouncing the rev limiter. If you need a replacement clutch that is for a stock car this will be just fine as long as you use a ford racing throw out bearing.

            Great clutch

            Great clucth smooth engagement no catter great clutch pedal feel only down side is arrival time was a bit long due to where im located on the map and where part came from but all in all great product

            great clutch

            Great clutch good pedel feel and good bite. Because of the powder coat clean the holes for the alignment pins on the flywheel.I have 500 miles on this clutch and not a problem yet.

            Great Bite

            Installation was a little long due to my MS. But was it worth it. With the quadrant kit, setup was easy. Taking it easy for the 1st 500 miles then I can nail it. Also with the short throw Hurst shifter, its like a new car. I still can't believe the clutch and how it takes hold. Like I said, like at the track, but very streetable. American Muscle has made my 2004 Crimson Red 40th aniversary a new car.

            ram clutch

            Clutch works great holds on my stock 01 cobra only have about 200 miles on it but its been awesome thus far.use with a billet flywheel and quadrant. Together the combo makes about twice the pedal stiffness over stock but it feels great and bites amazing. Zero clutch chatter as well.
