Get Better Performance. If your mustang's beginning to feel more like a boat on the water than a pony on land, it's time to look at replacing - and upgrading - those worn shocks and struts. Engineered with pre-set damping, these non-adjustable SR Performance Shocks and Struts tighten up turns and handling, providing increased performance and overall better ride, without compromising comfort. SR engineered these shocks and struts as a performance upgrade that feels stock when you want it, and performance-inspired when you need it.

Quality Construction. SR Performance Shocks and Struts were designed as an affordable upgrade replacement for the factory equipment. Manufactured using a gas pressurized twin-tube design, these Shocks and Struts have a larger diameter piston to provide better dampening and rebound, when compared to stock. SR Performance Shocks and Struts feature an outer steel housing that is completed in durable black finish for corrosion resistance and impressive good looks.

Installation. This SR Performance Shock and Strut Kit is a direct bolt-on replacement solution for your Mustang's front and rear ends, and installation requires basic hand tools with about 2 hours of your time.

Application. This SR Performance Shock and Strut Kit is designed for use on 2005 to 2010 Mustangs, including the V6 and GT.

      Easy install stiffer ride

I installed in an afternoon along with GT500 strut tops and camber bolts. I have not driven much yet, but they are stiffer than stock. My car is lowered 2” in the back and 1.6” in front. 4.0 with 22,000 so stock struts were still in good shape.

      SR Spring Compliment

This kit compliments the SR Lowering Springs. They feel way better than stock. My car is more responsive around turns and corners now. Nosedive also improved a tad bit. Overall great set for the price!!

      Bang for the Buck

Installed with the SR lowering springs. Great ride considering the price. Went ahead and replaced all of my sway bar bushings at the same time, so install was around 3 hrs

      Great product

I bought the car used and thought the car was suppose to ride like it did . I was unhappy with the way it made noises when hitting bumps. After installing these it now rides like a different car. I would recommend getting these.

      Nice upgrade from stock

These delivered the ride I was looking for in my 2007 GT - tight and more responsive than stock. Since I do not plan on many track days, I decided on these over the Koni’s. The install was clear after reviewing the excellent video. Note: I did not have to move the rear sway bar to get to the lower bolt, maybe because mine is a convertible.

      SR Shock Strut Kit

Great product at a great price! Recommend for those on a budget and looking to upgrade over stock! This was my first time replacing struts but managed to get it done in half a day. If I can do this, anyone can! I watched the installation video provided by American Muscle several times. Very helpful! Thanks AM!
