Description

The SSBC-USA 4-Wheel Disc Brake Conversion Kit with 5-Lug Axles and Vented Rotors upgrades your 1987-1992 Mustang by replacing front and rear drum brakes with more effective disc brakes. This kit converts the wheels from 4-lug to 5-lug, enhancing braking performance, safety, and vehicle control. Designed for direct bolt-on installation, it offers a reliable and durable braking upgrade.
Construction and Appearance. Components include zinc-plated single piston rear calipers with built-in parking brakes for corrosion resistance and long-lasting durability. The kit provides plain surface 10.5" diameter 5-lug rotors for both front and rear. E-coated steel mounting brackets and axle end play shims maintain structural integrity and protect against corrosion.
Installation. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling or modifications. The kit is designed for a bolt-on fit, allowing experienced mechanics and enthusiasts to upgrade the braking system with minimal hassle.
