    Description

    Rotors for Augmented Braking Power. Enabling you to keep control even in the midst of pulse-pounding, high-speed action in your 2005-2010 V6 Mustang, the StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors improve braking in both performance Stangs and daily drivers. Offering a refreshingly novel, race-ready look with their curving rows of drilled holes, they’re also highly practical in terms of keeping the pads clear of glazing and the discs free of water or debris. Fast-cooling features and an extra dose of resilience make these an excellent brake upgrade.

    Cast Iron Build with Improved Tensile Strength. Hardy one-piece cast iron blanks are used to make the StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors, with the addition of high carbon content to the Centric Parts blanks for more tensile strength and strong resistance to cracking. The rotors are vented and contain cooling vanes for increased heat dispersal. The non-working surfaces – edges, vents, hats – are finished with electrostatic black e-coating for rust resistance.

    Stays Cool Versus Fade, Offers Strong Dry/Wet Bite. The hat area of the StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors is crucial in several ways thanks to its design. The e-coating means it won’t rust, which could cause lateral run-out by causing material to crumble away from the surface. The opening or eye allows air to flow in strongly, pulled in by the rotary action of the curved vent vanes as the rotor spins. The vanes work like a pump or fan, sucking cold air through the rotor to absorb heat and keep the temperatures from reaching levels where brake fade happens. The cross-drilling cleans the rotor face constantly, so that a layer of brake dust, water, or debris can’t form, so that the pads bite hard every time for performance-grade braking power.

    Installs Fast and Simply. Installation of the StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors is a matter of direct-fit replacement of the OE equivalents, using the standard set of brake tools. These rotors can be run with either factory or aftermarket wheels and calipers.

    Kit of Two. The StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors is a set that comprises (2) 11.54” cross-drilled front rotors.

    Supplied Without Warranty. Sold “as is,” the StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors are overtly not covered by any limited warranty from the maker. Purchase of the rotors means that they are accepted “with all faults,” if any are present (a very low-odds possibility) by the purchaser.

    Application. This pair of 11.54" front StopTech Sport Cross-Drilled Rotors are specifically designed to fit the 2005 to 2010 V6 Mustangs.
