The Thermo-Tec Cool-It Mat, 48-inch x 48-inch, is designed to reduce excessive heat and noise penetrating the driver compartment, firewall, floorboards, doors, hoods, and transmission housings of vehicles. It provides effective protection to enhance comfort and driving experience by lowering temperature and sound levels inside the vehicle.

This mat consists of resin-bonded silica blanketing insulation sandwiched between a reflective FSK (Foil Skrim Kraft) facing on one side and a foil facing on the other. The FSK facing serves as a vapor and radiant barrier, while the foil side conducts penetrating heat across its surface. The dual-density silica blanketing also acts as a superior sound insulator with a finish that maintains durability and flexibility.
