Description
Guaranteed Performance Boost. The Turbosmart 14-PSI IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator for the Ford Mustang EcoBoost is a useful upgrade to the Turbonetics NXT Turbocharger kit. This IWG regulates the flow of exhaust gas to the turbine a lot more efficiently when compared to other stock actuators. This delivers an improved turbo response, stable boost control, and provides more sensitivity when managing boost pressure to give your car a superb racing performance.
Durable Construction. Each Turbosmart IWG is made from high-grade billet aluminum that’s comparably more durable and reliable than a stock actuator. It also features a silicon diaphragm reinforced with Nomex to help cope with high exhaust temperatures. To top this off, each internal wastegate actuator is equipped with stainless steel rods and connecting clevis that offer great corrosion resistance.
Customizable Built. Each actuator is already pre-installed with a 7 PSI inner spring to handle the stresses of high-boost applications. However, its interchangeable design allows you to easily swap springs in order to increase the boost level of your car as needed.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. The Turbosmart 14 PSI Internal Wastegate Actuator (IWG) is designed for quick bolt-on mounting. It is very easy to install and requires no fabrication or any special tools. Even better, it has a locking collar cap design to make for hassle-free spring changes.
1-Year Warranty Coverage. Turbosmart backs the IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator with a limited one-year warranty to cover any defects in both material and workmanship. For full details and exclusions, refer to the product manual.
