Description
Performance Upgrade. The UMI Performance Stage 1 Strip Grip Kit Black is engineered to improve track performance by reducing 60-foot times and enhancing launch consistency. It is designed for enthusiasts seeking better traction during launches and improved overall acceleration.
Construction and Appearance. This kit includes rear lift bars and lower control arm reinforcements fabricated from 0.120” thick mild steel, featuring precision CNC machining and full MIG welding for superior strength and durability. All parts have a durable powder-coated finish for long-lasting protection and an attractive appearance.
Installation. The kit can be installed as either a weld-in or bolt-in application and generally requires about 3 hours to complete. Basic mechanical skills and tools are recommended. No additional drilling is necessary, as all required hardware and detailed instructions are included.
Application. Engineered specifically to fit 1999 to 2004 Mustang models, excluding Cobra variants, to ensure proper compatibility with standard chassis configurations within this period.
