Description
Excellent Fuel Management Upgrade. The Vortech V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger (Complete Kit, Polished) offers a superb fuel management upgrade for your vehicle, including a high-flow fuel pump. The supercharger, which is sold as individual kits, is a high output system that will boost horsepower from 215 to 323 and torque from 265 lb/ft to 365 lb/ft.
Advanced Build. The construction of the supercharger system uses advanced materials such as heat-resistant silicon, stainless steel, and OEM-type aluminum. The dimensions of the kit include a 0.25" x 26" oil feed hose, 5/32" x 46" vacuum line, 1" x 3.5" heater hose, and another heater hose that is 1" x 13.5". Additionally, the product comes with a polished finish.
Complicated, Lengthy Installation. You will need mechanical expertise to install this kit. The complicated installation may require you to work with a professional mechanic. The process should be split up into two days because it will take anywhere from 12 to 14 hours to complete the project.
3-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty. The supercharger system comes with a 3-year unlimited mileage warranty. This means your product will be safe from material or manufacturing defects for up to three years. Be sure to check out the company website to learn about warranty limitations.
Application. The Vortech V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger (Complete Kit, Polished) fits all 1996-1998 Ford Mustang GT models without exception.
Technical Note. This Supercharger Kit is designed to be used on stock applications, as Vortech will only provide a tune for the stock motor with stock exhaust or most aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. If your vehicle is no longer stock and has been upgraded with an aftermarket throttle body, cold air intake, headers, off-road mid-pipe, etc..., Vortech will not be able to provide a tune for your modifications. Modified cars will require custom tuning. Also vehicles with ECU codes of RKN or MDE will not be supported by Vortech, custom tuning will be required for operation.
Please Note. Vortech Supercharger System are built to order by Vortech for our customers. Because of this there can be a 5 to 7 day lead time on orders.
