Description
Increased Horsepower. When you want the ultimate in power output for your Fox Bodied Mustang, you want super high output, so install the supercharger with that in its name. The Vortech V-7 YSI S.H.O. Supercharger - Complete Kit - Satin finish will easily supply all the horsepower you want and then some.
Superior Design. Vortec's V-7 supercharger has a maximum boost capability of 30+ psi and a max flow of 1950 cfm and was designed and tested in Vortec's SAE-J1723 compliant supercharger test cell. This supercharger system features a precision machined, billet aluminum impellor and housing, high heat resistance silicone sleeves for the inlet and discharge ducts and a high-flow bypass valve. The V-7 YSi model achieves a peak adiabatic effieciency of 78%.
Installation Notes. When you go to install a supercharger system on your vehicle you need to be aware and prepared for an involved process. You should have a high comfort level in working on your engine and have the correct tools and equipement to perform all aspects of the installation. If you don't have the tools and equipment and/or don't feel comfortable installing and setting up this system, it is recommended that you take this system to a professional and have them install it.
Limited Warranty. Vortec warrants its street legal supercharger systems to be free from defects in material and workmanship in the bearings, gears, gearcase, impeller and volute for 1 Year. The balance of the system, excluding the fuel system and other Forcepower parts, will also be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 Year.
