Description
High-Performance Rear Brake Upgrade. The Baer Pro+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 14-Inch Rotors; Red Calipers delivers enhanced braking power and superior fade resistance for the rear axle of your vehicle. Designed for performance driving, this kit increases stopping capability and reliability under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted using CNC machining from US-sourced forged or billet aluminum, these calipers feature a durable powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and an attractive look. The rotors are a two-piece design with a zinc-plated, slotted, and drilled surface, combined with a billet aluminum hat and vented construction for improved heat dissipation.
Installation. This brake system is engineered for straightforward installation without the need for drilling modifications. It bolts directly onto the original equipment rear knuckles and hubs, allowing for a direct bolt-on upgrade.
Application. Designed specifically to fit the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5, this kit requires the reuse of the OEM rear knuckles and hubs to ensure proper fitment and function.
