Description
High-Performance Front Brake Kit. The Baer Classic Series Front Big Brake Kit with 13-Inch Rotors and Red Calipers provides enhanced stopping power and reliability for improved safety and performance. This kit upgrades the front brakes with quality components designed for spirited street driving, maintaining excellent brake feel and pedal effort.
Construction and Appearance. The system features a lightweight aluminum 2-piston pad-guided caliper finished in durable red powder coat with a black logo. It includes vented 13-inch rotors that are slotted, drilled, and zinc plated to resist corrosion and improve cooling. Stainless steel braided brake hoses ensure long-lasting flexibility and resistance to expansion under pressure.
Installation. Installation requires spindle modification for proper fitment and is designed specifically for 87-93 V8 spindles. The installation process is moderately challenging and includes detailed instructions to assist with the necessary spindle adjustments.
Application. Designed for 1979 to 1993 Ford Mustang models equipped with 5-lug wheels and 87-93 V8 spindles. Spindle modification is required. This kit is not compatible with spindles outside this specification.
