Description
Exceptional Header Design. These Titanium Ceramic 1.875-Inch Long Tube Headers are the headers you want if you’re looking for long tubes that offer superior design and performance. Specifically, these components’ classic long tube design and exclusive Firecone collectors provide your vehicle with faster exhaust gas velocity, resulting in performance gains you can feel. What’s more, these headers are designed to provide maximum ground clearance, making these ideal even for lowered vehicles.
Optimized Exhaust Sound. These headers not only give your Challenger extra power, but they also take your already impressive V8 HEMI sound to next-level aggressive. With these headers, you get an exhaust sound that’s raspier, and bass-rich, which is exactly what you want for your track-focused car.
Deletes Factory Catalytic Converters. These long-tube headers are designed to delete your factory catalytic converters. Consequently, it is suggested that you install a compatible catted mid-pipe with this header to maintain proper emission levels.
High-Strength Build Quality. These long tube headers are built from high-strength stainless steel tubes measuring 1.875 inches wide, for maximum durability and excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, these headers feature a mandrel bent and fully welded construction for added rigidity, and superior air flow. Meanwhile, the header flanges are CNC-machined from 0.375-inch thick stainless steel to prevent warping, and leaks when installed. Finally, these components come in a gray-colored titanium ceramic finish that offers insulative properties, keeping engine bay heat down.
ECU Re-Tune Required. Installing these long tube headers will modify your engine’s exhaust by providing added air flow. As such, a re-tune to your ECU is ideal, to compensate for this new air flow as well as the relocation of your oxygen sensors.
CARB-Certification Pending. These long tube headers are not CARB-approved at this time. Please do check local laws for permitted applications of this product.
Application. These Titanium Ceramic 1.875-Inch Long Tube Headers fit all 2008 to 2023 Dodge Challenger V8 HEMI models.
