nice finishing touch. never did like the way the original area looked unfinished. Only wish the nuts were a chromed higher gloss.

      Not happy

Not what I expected. I thought they were chrome. My mistake. One of them stripped very easily. Had to reorder the actual chrome nuts st an extra $49.

Chrome strut tower cap and nuts

Center cap is nice. The nuts, however, are aluminum. They look like slightly polished at best. Not any where near looking like chrome. Looks cheap. Will toss these out and put the stock nuts back on until I find a company that makes real chrome nuts.

      Expensive

It’s expensive for what you pay for. Not only that but of the bolts won’t tighten it just spins. AM can you send one bolt out?

      Finishing touch

Bought as a complimentary additionton to the chrome tower brace. These nuts add a very nice finish to the SR Performance chrome tower strut I bought which is manufactured incorrectly. No other option so made it work.

      WARNING, BEWARE!!!

WARNING!! These nuts are too tall. They actually bowed my hood up about a 1/4". Luckily I saw that they looked too tall and closed it gently. They are also made of aluminum and you will be taking a chance on breaking down the road if not when installing. If I would have read the reviews first I would have never purchased them. $100 wasted!! 2014 Mustang GT coupe

      harr's tang

not pleased with aluminum nuts. Too easy to strip out. I replaced them with black chrome acorn nuts. Use good washers for spacing so nuts don't bottom out on the studs. Chrome cover for shock tower stud is great!!!

Billet upgrade that might not work!

I bought this with the advice that it fits over my 4 bolt strut tower brace, anyway it looks nice but IT DON'T FIT AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOOD!!! 2 of the bolts will dent your hood. I have a 2011 GT with the black SR Performance brace on mine. I called and had a live conversation and was told it was ok. Plz plz be careful when buying and installing. I had to customize 2 bolts by shorting them but as for hood well that's another issue.

Nice but the nuts are not quite chrome. The cap is 5 min. Install and looks so much better and look finished !!

Fit and finish leave a lot to be desired!

The caps are as advertised and install easily enough with the pre-applied adhesive tape. The nuts, however, leave a lot to be desired. From a finish standpoint, the do NOT feature the "Brilliant Chrome Finish" as advertised, but rather are a soft material (aluminum?) which appear dull-ish satin. More importantly, regarding fit, the nut on the forward/outboard (driver's) side nearly punched through the hood insulation upon first closing the hood after first installing. Also noted, this interference resulted in a slight bow to the hood (not good!). Removed these ugly nuts and reinstalled the only slightyly uglier factory nuts, 'til a higher quality option can be found.

      To long

The stud nuts for too long The two in the front on the outside punch through the hood insulation.
