Description
Performance Exhaust Upgrade. The Flowmaster Scavenger Series® X-Pipe Kit, 2.50-Inch, is designed to replace traditional H-pipes ahead of the mufflers for improved exhaust scavenging. It enhances torque output while delivering a distinct, deep exhaust tone, suitable for a variety of applications from street driving to competitive racing.
Construction and Appearance. This kit is constructed from mandrel-bent 16 gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for smooth, unrestricted flow and durability. It features a natural finish and exclusive D-Port technology with four large D-shaped tubing ends engineered to increase velocity and exhaust gas scavenging efficiency.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills as it is a universal fit and may require some adaptation. The kit supports both clamp-on and weld-on attachment methods, and drilling is typically not necessary.
