      Description

      Performance Muffler. The Flowmaster Super 40 Series Offset/Offset Oval Muffler; 2.25-Inch Inlet/2.25-Inch Outlet delivers a deep, aggressive exhaust sound designed for street and strip use. Its Delta Flow technology enhances exhaust flow offering improved power, making it ideal for high horsepower and forced induction vehicles.

      Construction and Appearance. Built from durable 16 gauge aluminized steel, this muffler features a larger case profile and is fully MIG welded for maximum strength. It is finished with a black high-temperature paint to resist corrosion and withstand harsh undercar conditions.

      Installation. This universal muffler requires some adaptation for fitment and uses new hangers which are not included. Installation is straightforward with slip-fit clamp-on or weld-on inlet options, requiring minimal drilling depending on application.

      Application. Designed for universal fitment, some modification may be necessary to suit specific vehicles. It is compatible across various vehicle types including 4/6 cylinder engines, muscle cars, street rods, street/strip vehicles, and trucks/SUVs.
