    Review & Install Video

Hi, I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com and I’m checking out these Bullitt style pedal covers for all 94-04 Mustangs. As you’re probably aware the stock pedals are certainly not designed to give you any style points, they’re boring, ugly, and chances are could probably use a little TLC. That’s where these really shine, the pedal covers give your interior an instant boost in bravado and character, drawing on inspiration from the 2001 Bullitt. These pedals were designed to factory specs using OEM quality materials. Now the install can prove slightly difficult but with a little patience, and a little help from our customer review section, you’ll have these on in no time. Now depending on your car you’ll either need to order the automatic set which includes the gas, brake, and dead pedal, like we have installed on our V6 back there, or you’ll need to order the manual set which includes the gas, brake, clutch, and dead pedal. For the install you’ll want to start by removing your factory dead pedal, you actually want to pry it out of there, don’t be shy, you might actually break the two clips that hold it into place, but don’t worry about it, you’re not going to reuse them anyway. After that reinstall the Bullitt dead pedal, and snap it into place using your foot. As for the brake and clutch pedal a lot of you guys on the site have recommended soaking the rubber inserts in hot or boiling water for a few minutes to soften the rubber up, thus making the install a lot easier. Now when it comes time to install the accelerator it might be a little bit more difficult but not that bad, if you need a little help simply follow along with the video, or reference the install instructions on this page. Install itself should take you about 30 minutes but if it takes you a little bit more, don’t worry about it, the important thing is you get everything done right. In the end these pedal covers are a great inexpensive way to upgrade the interior of your Mustang giving it a much cleaner, sportier appearance, and they can be found right here at AmericanMuscle.com.

Race Inspired Styling. Now you can ditch those ugly stock rubber pedal covers and replace them with a set of Bullitt styled pedals from AmericanMuscle for a race inspired custom interior.

OEM Quality. Made from high quality OEM materials to the original factory specifications, these Mustang Pedal Covers look and feel just like the ones that were originally only available in the 2001 Bullitt Mustangs.

Installation. This set of three (3) Bullitt Style Pedal Covers can be easily and quickly installed. The Brake Pedal Cover features a simple slip-on installation, the Accelerator Cover is held on by a metal pin, and the included Dead Pedal easily snaps in place with two clips.

Application. These Bullitt Style Pedal Covers is designed to all 1994 to 2004 Mustangs with an automatic transmission, including the V6, GT and Mach 1 models.

The brake was the biggest pain.

Getting the dead pedal on was super easy in all of it's 38 seconds. The gas wasn't so bad with a big hammer and punch, but getting the rubber of the brake to stretch was literally painful on the fingers, even with a heat gun. But once they were all on they look amazing and feel comfortable.

      Great!

The pedals look great. My only issue with this product was getting the brake pad on, but other than that everything else was easy to install.

      Looks Great but Challenging Install

Pro's: --Great Quality -- Looks Fantastic -- Brake and Dead Pedal easy to install Cons: Gas Pedal was a complete nightmare. For the brake pedal I just worked it around the brake pedal without boiling it. It maybe took 15-30min to fit it around. It really wasn't too bad. The Gas pedal was the real pain. You have to remove the pedal assembly from the car- no big deal. Problem was the pin that holds the pedal to the bracket was rusted in. So I had to break off the old pedal, drill out the old pin, and replace it with a bolt. I think the manufacturer could include a bolt to replace this pin.

      Good product

They look grate and feel great. The only problem I had was removing the pin from the throtle Other that it was an easy instal, one tip though put the break bad in hot or boiling water makes it so much easier.

Arrived with a broken gas pedal

I ordered the automatic set and was expecting some good quality pedals but got a cheap plastic gas pedal that had a piece broken off on arrival.

      Great Addition to any Mustang!

I was skeptical about buying this for my Mustang, but it is totally worth the money. Not only do they add more grip to the pedals the also change the look of the interior substantially, goes great with any color scheme.

      My Billet Pedal Covers

The gas pedal was the hardest of all...had to use a c-clamp and a socket to push the pin all the way through, but worked out well...The brake pedal was not bad at all to install, had to use a little elbow grease, but went on in about 5-minutes..The dead pedal was a snap. They really look great now that they are installed...P.S. I used a bolt in place of the pin on the gas pedal..works great...Thx AM

      They look better

The dead pedal was easy to install. The brake pedal was time consuming and strenuous. I still haven't installed the accelerator pedal cause I'm not sure how to do it. Ill get to it at some point
