    Is there a certain way to measure how far to screw it in and get it right or do you just screw it all the way then your done?

    • Yes, you should just screw it fully down and tighten it but we highly suggest taking the Ford Clutch Fork Pivot Stud for T5, T45 or TR3650 Transmissions to a professional to have this properly installed.

    I have a 2000 Mustang GT with a t56 swap in it, I was curious if this stud would fit on my transmission without making the clutch fork sit unevenly. Thank you

    • Hi, This Ford Clutch Fork Pivot Stud For T5, T45, TR3650 and should only be used with those applications.

      Fork pivot

      Just like it should be, original. Had trans out old pivot was worn and gouged. 10 minute job with trans out.

      Super simple, but be sure to...

      re-use your lock washer, as the new pivot studs don't come with a lock washer. Excellent Ford quality and the right price!

      PERFECT FIT

      I recently replaced my clutch and ordered this new fork pivot stud. I recommend replacing since you have the transmission out already. Pivot fits perfectly no issues. Only took me 5 minutes to replace.

      Put in today along with all the other clutch components. Works great as a stud. What can you say about a bolt with a knob on the end. it's doing what it's supposed to do

      Ford Pivot Sturd

      Replaced the worn pivot stud. Clutch is smooth with zero binding issues. Great item for the money. You may not need it, but once that far along on a clutch install is NOT the time to decide. Go ahead and purchase this with confidence it is a genuine Ford Replacement part.

      Like a Charm.

      The pivot stud arrived quickly, and was exactly the right fit for my application. Easy removal of the old one, and easy install of the new. (Once you already have everything off the car prior to that point.) Just a 7/8" wrench and socket to take it off and torque it down, respectively. My only gripe is that it didn't come with a new locking washer, but the old one was in good shape, so I just reused it.
