Increased Performance. Injen put their patent-pending MR Technology into this Power-Flow Cold Air Intake, which lets it regulate both flow and density and give you optimized horsepower and better throttle response. This Power-Flow System replaces your 5.0L Mustang's restrictive stock air box and paper filter element with a free-flowing aerospace aluminum intake tube and high flow SuperNano-Web dry filter. Notice an increase in power and performance all while still getting excellent filtration.
No Tune Required. Unlike other Cold Air Intakes on the market, the Injen Power-Flow Polished CAI does not require a computer re-tune. The engineers at Injen designed, tuned and dyno-tested this cold air intake to improve your Pony's power using the stock tune.
Reusable Dry Air Filter. Injen SuperNano-Web dry air filters are made from an oil-free, synthetic filter media for outstanding air flow, filtration and performance. They are reusable and can be easily cleaned by using compressed air or a common house-hold vacuum cleaner. For best results, the SuperNano-Web filter should be serviced every 10,000 to 20,000 miles (depending on driving conditions).
Made in the USA. Designed and manufactured in the USA from the highest quality T6, 6061 aerospace aluminum, this polished Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake provides smooth unrestricted airflow and features superior MR (Mega Ram) Technology, which internally tunes the intake for your application.
Straight Forward Installation. The Injen Cold Air Intake Kit is designed to install easily with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for proper installation. All necessary parts and instructions are included.
Application. This Injen Power-Flow Cold Air Intake System is specifically designed to fit the 2011-2014 GT and BOSS Mustangs equipped with the 5.0L engine and does not require re-tuning the vehicles computer for operation.
Technical Note. This Injen Cold Air Intake is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards.
