      Awesome 1st Mod

Added a distinct look under the hood. Along with the SR Throttle body and spacer, and the Bama tune, really wakes up the motor. Instant throttle response, pulls hard from about 3500 all the way to redline! Previous installed was a single piece aluminum driveshaft. Can’t wait to get the FRPP Intake and Hot Rod cams!!

      Great!

I have a 2010 mustang gt with the 4.6l 3v and this product along with the bama x4 tuner. They really opened up my car I’m really set on a baby tune and immediately you can hear and feel the difference. The car sounds lot different with the cai. Kinda resembles a 5.0 under wot. The engine breathes a whole lot better. I would recommend it to anybody.

      JLT series 3 CAI

Install was pretty forward did have to do a couple modifications but still pretty simple, and the throttle response was way more responsive than the previous aftermarket CAI I had and by far way better than stock haha.

Worst product ever purchased from AM!

Do not let your hood slam after installing this kit, you've been warned!! The heat shield was not the right fit for my hood which is factory stock so not sure what was up with that? After installing the heat shield I tried closing the hood for fitment and it wouldn't close (resting on the shield). I ended up having to trim a quarter inch off the top of the shield so that the hood would close. Was not an easy task because of the profile that had to be very carefully cut, and the plastic was also a pita to cut through (used a small carbide bit on a DREMEL). The rest of the kit was okay... very cheaply made.. not the greatest fit. The only quality piece was the filter element itself (why I gave it 2 stars). Not sure what's happened to JLT quality? Would not buy again or recommend!

      Great Quality @ Low Cost

Installation was really straightforward, rotating the power steering fluid reservoir 180 degrees clockwise wasn't that big of a deal, the stock bolt is a little tricky to get screwed back in if you don't have a deep socket 10mm though, I just used a wrench and finally got it down. Other than that, it was smooth as butter. I already had the 93 race tune from Bama installed but after re-tuning it for the new intake (Thanks Bama!) I could still notice a difference off the line. It's not a massive difference but I still noticed. Definitely a recommended purchase.

      Awsome.

It's awsome. It looks really mean under the hood. The sound it makes is outstanding. It comes with everything you need to install. The only thing that I had trouble with was the silicone coupler it comes with was really tight to put on. I can feel the increase in power for sure.

      Save you money

First I had the roush without tune needed and I have change for the JLT, now I can see the difference between CAI without tune on with. The car respond better now.

Great power! But could do without reservoir relocation.

This intake is massive! The tube along with the huge filter sucks in a lot of air and you can definitely feel the increased horsepower and throttle response! Install was fine except for the relocation of the power steering reservoir, there is some hose pinch from the rotation of it and well this is pretty much the only intake that you have to relocate, all others bolt right on without any relocation. Make sure to pair this intake with a custom Bama tune and you wont be disappointed.

      Awesome Intake

This is a great modification to do as your first bolt on under the hood. Went in easy and you can feel the car pull harder. Made from quality products and also has a very reasonable price. Very happy with the purchase and to make things better it arrived at my door ONE DAY after ordering it.

      JLT CAI 2010 Mustang GT

Let me start off by saying anyone can do this install. When I received the package all the components and a very easy to read instruction pamphlet with detailed pictures were there. Not much is needed for this install besides a couple different sockets and wrenches. Installation for me took about 30-45 minutes, but I'm sure for the mechanically savvy this job would take half that time. The most difficult part of this install for me was pressing the firewall plug cover into place as it is a very tight fit. Other than that I recommend this product to anyone who wants the largest CAI for their 2010 Mustang Gt.

Works great but don't get one with out a tuner or it will throw a code on your computer for too lean.
