This OEM 3-inch stainless steel axle-back system does not include mufflers. It features two 4-inch polished slash cut tips for added aesthetics at the rear. This system is made from 100% stainless steel for a construction that is built to last and provide years of driving excitement.
Better Performance. The Kooks Axle-Back will not only improve your pony car's exhaust flow, but also add more power to it. Minimal air flow restriction over the stock exhaust means that you are essentially unleashing the potential power that was hiding from the factory system. You are sure to, both, hear and feel the difference almost immediately.
Moderate Installation. This system is designed to precisely fit with your Mustang GT's stock exhaust. Cutting of the factory exhaust is necessary for this installation. Light to moderate mechanical skill is required to perform this install. The entire installation process is estimated to take around 2 hours in all.
