Constructed from high-grade 16 gauge 409 stainless steel with durable 308 stainless steel MIG welds, this catalytic converter features a clam-shell body design with a stainless steel finish for superior corrosion resistance and durability. The mandrel-bent tubing retains OEM-like shape and geometry, and the aluminized steel heat shield protects the unit from external heat while preventing corrosion.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with essential hardware such as nuts, clamps, O2 port plugs, and a flange gasket included. No cutting or welding is required, making it suitable for DIY installation with standard tools.
