Description
Performance. Consistent and reliable launches are provided by the MSD 2-Step Launch Control. It enables you to establish the ideal balance between traction and power delivery by allowing you to specify a precise RPM cap for the launch. In drag racing, where a controlled launch may significantly affect elapsed times, this feature is extremely helpful.
Power. The MSD 2-Step Launch Control helps to optimize torque production and enhance acceleration by carefully managing the RPM during the launch. It enables you to load the powertrain, create a boost, and launch the vehicle at the ideal RPM for the most forward thrust. Faster elapsed times and better performance on the track result from this.
Reliable. With the MSD 2-Step Launch Control's configurable RPM limitations, you can fine-tune your launch to suit various track settings and vehicle configurations. You may adjust the RPM restriction to fit your unique demands and get the maximum performance out of your Corvette whether you're using street tires or slicks.
Design. Depending on how your Corvette is configured, a clutch switch or a trans brake switch is often used to engage the MSD 2-Step Launch Control. Once activated, the mechanism will continue to operate within the preset RPM limit until the switch is disengaged. Quick and reliable launches are made possible by the operation's simplicity, which eliminates the need for difficult manual throttle modulation.
Installation. Putting this MSD 2-Step Launch Control on your Corvette C5 & C6 is easy and requires no drilling.
Warranty There is a 1-year warranty on this product.
