Thanks to the industry's coolest charge air temperatures, the unmatched power gains are delivered with maximum reliability and everyday drivability.

      Complete Kit. The ProCharger HO Intercooled System comes 100% complete and includes a ProCharger self-contained supercharger, air-to-air intercooler, intercooler tubing, brackets, ProFlow bypass valve, 50 lb/hr Fuel Injectors and a computer programmer.

      Application. This ProCharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger System is specifically designed for use on the 2011 to 2014 V6 Mustang equipped with the new 3.7L Ti-VCT V6 engine.

      Technical Note. This Complete Supercharger Kit is designed to be used on stock applications, as Procharger will only provide a tune for the stock motor with stock exhaust or most aftermarket axle-back and cat-back exhaust systems. If your vehicle is no longer stock and has been upgraded with an aftermarket throttle body, cold air intake, headers, off-road mid-pipe, etc..., Procharger will not be able to provide a tune for your modifications. For modified vehicles, it would be best to purchase a Tuner Supercharger Kit so you can have a local Dyno Shop custom tune your vehicle with your aftermarket upgrades.

        A substantial difference in power.

        I bought the tuner kit, as well as some optional extras, such as 65 lb injectors, NGK colder step plugs, and a fuel pump voltage booster by JMS. The ProCharger kit comes straight from ProCharger, with each installation step organized in bags. Instructions are very well written. Installed over the course of two weeks, but only because a spacer was too short, and an intercooler hose got trimmed in place of another by mistake - the folks at ProCharger were very easy to reach and help. MPT provided a provisioning tune, then crafted a tune based off data logging results. Opted for this, as I wanted to retain the mods I had done, which includes shorties, throttle body, and x pipe to name a few. Car definitely gets up and goes! Just sucks that I live up in the midwest, as it's only a matter of time before the car just sits in the garage for the winter. Definitely recommend!

        4 2011 V6 - AdamE Installation Time: Weekend

        frustrating and exciting

        I ordered this kit for my car over the past Christmas holiday and I installed it over the MLK three day weekend. however, I ran into some issues along the way that I shouldn't of had to run into. For example, my car was not stock and had been previously tuned. This was an issue because this kit is designed for the stock car so I had to go through an AM representative and a Procharger representative to get the correct kit for my car. The next issue is that I did not receive all of the parts I needed in order to finish the build. I was short some metal tubing, the procharger belt, and various clamps. there is also a lack of instruction because the install manuals that are sent out are generic and are not entirely aimed at your specific car. I did the install personally over a three day weekend and I really enjoyed learning about my car and putting in the hours to completely install the kit. Now I ran into an issue that consisted of my pro-charger pulley not correctly feeding into the crank pulley/harmonic balancer. This caused a lot of frustration but turned out not to be Pro-charger's fault but really just a rare issue with the part in my car. So over the course of the past weekend I put a new crank pulley/harmonic balancer in my car and now it is ready to hit the dyno. I didn't receive the higher flow injectors from pro-charger because my car was going to require even higher flow injector. I ordered the Injector Dynamics 1050ID injectors because they will support any amount of horsepower I wish to run through the car. I had my car at the shop to be tuned several weeks ago but unfortunately I couldn't get it onto the dyno because of the crank pulley/harmonic balancer issue that I mentioned earlier. However, I will be taking the car back in two weeks and according to my tuner the last time I was there, I should make somewhere around 500 rwhp on pump gas and about 560 rwhp on E-85. Overall, I really enjoyed installing this kit and I am very excited to see what HP my car will be putting out but if you purchase this kit, do it with a grain of salt because there will be frustration and things you must improvise on. But hey, when has a car project ever gone according to plan right.

        I am very pleased with the increased horsepower. There were a few minor installation issues, but for the most part everything bolted right up. One complaint: the fan is way to loud.

        Power add

        This is a great kit from Procharger. The power add is phenomenal at only 8 lbs of boost. The only complaint I have is with the included low profile rad fan. It is a little to loud for my liking and it will be replaced soon.

        Like an amusement park ride!

        Procharger makes a great product. Recommend shop installation by a Procharger authorized shop, especially because drilling of the crank pulley/balancer is required. I maintain my car myself but didn't want to mess up this install and end up with vibration or worse. I used Speidell Supercars in Poughquag NY who did a fantastic job. Also installed one-piece driveshaft as recommended. Be patient, mine took two months between parts delivery and installation. But the wait is way worth it. Baseline stock dyno was 260RWHP/257ft-lbtq. After installation dyno was 415/335. Unbelievable difference in performance and fun. I'm guessing it's now capable of at least mid-12s with my setup that includes FR 3.73, JLT CAI, Magnaflow Street axlebacks, 93 octane. Also nice that it feels normal below 3500 rpm so it's still ok for daily driving. But stomp on it and you better HOLD ON!!

        well to start off i have a 3.7 v 6 i got new and started right off with american muscle i did all the bolt ons to build power long tubs headers x pipe no cats 373 gears bbk throttle body , cold air intake and the tune cobra short throw shifter and a aluminum drive shaft . it was impressive for a v6 special thanks to american muscle for all there help i found them all to know what they were talking about and helped me all the way so you guys these mods work. but i had to take it to the next level so on went the procharger . they gave me a list of shops to do the install. RTR automotive had the best price .315 597 4142 talk to rob he did a excellent job on my car and took good care of my baby . it dynoed out at 289 rwhp @ 6298 rpms 257.3 foot pounds of torque to start befor the procharger ended at 440 rwhp at 6800 350 foot lbs of torque .remember not all dynos are the same mine was done on a mustang dyno . it truly is unreal . now remember if you live up north a bit buy the great lakes or around this area rtr is the place to take your ride .now i need better tires .

      my 3.7 has an automatic trans - how much hp will the stock trans be able to take ?

      • The stock automatic transmissions in the newer V6 mustangs were not made to handle a high amount of power, that being said, the limit of power on those transmissions would be between the 400-450 hp range.

      Has their been any issues with major problems happening with the 3.7 after the pro charger is installed? I would love to get it but not if it costs a couple thousand in damage within the engine or transmission, also i haven't read much, but is there a warranty included?

      • It's best to contact the manufacturer for warranty questions as if there is going to be a warranty to take advantage of, it would be through the manufacturer. However, this is a complete kit which means you can basically "bolt this up" to a stock V6 and drive away without any issues! Just keep in mind that additional modifications to the procharger may prompt you to go as far as to replace your transmission, or other similarly severe modifications, to compensate. This kit will place your V6 at its limit, but you will be safe.

      other modifications? This says the procharger is intended for use on bone-stock cars or cars with an upgraded cat-back system. Would a ca with longtubes and an off-road x-pipe need the tuner kit or would this be fine?

      • because of the longtubes you'd need a dyno tune which would run 400$ but its totally worth it the difference between this kit and the tuner kit is that the tuner kit does not include new fuel injectors or the computer programmer. You'd definetely be better off buying 60lb injectors and then getting the dyno tune and your then your set

      Hey I know you probably couldn't guess exactly how much horsepower I would be getting but, I have a roush cold air-intake and roush axle back exhaust on my 2014 v6. If you could make a rough calculation about how much power I would be putting to my wheels if I were to buy and install this supercharger would be great! Thank you!

      • The Procharger High Output Intercooled Supercharger will utilize its own cold air intake due to this now attaching to the supercharger as opposed to the throttle body, so the roush CAI would be removed. Estimated power would be around 400-450 at the flywheel, or after drivetrain loss, approximately 330-370RWHP though it can easily be higher than this as well, depending on the individual car.

      Any mods you CANT have with this? I was told you cant have long tube headers with a supercharger and i was planning on purchasing the headers with bbk off road x pipes but ifni get this i dont want to have to remove those

      • Who told you that cause that is false. Maybe they were thinking about turbos. Superchargers efficiency will increase with long tubes. Just make sure that you modify your tune to prevent running lean.

      My car is a 2014 v6 automatic and my question is how well will the Procharger hold up for road course racing. Is it ok to run it at sustained periods of time with constant accel and decell. I plan to do HPDE frequently with this car. I hope the auto holds up as well but if not I will switch it to a manual, probably a Tremec.
