      Description

      Maximize Power and Sound. These long-tube headers with integrated catted X-pipe free up exhaust flow for significant gains in torque and horsepower across the RPM range. The smoother scavenging effect enhances midrange torque and delivers a deep, resonant exhaust note without drone.

      Engineered for Fitment and Durability. Mandrel-bent from 304 stainless steel, the primary tubes maintain consistent diameter through each bend, preserving flow velocity. Factory-connect flanges, O2 sensor bungs, and recommended coatings simplify installation and ensure long-term corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Remove the factory manifolds and mid-pipe, install the long-tube headers using supplied gaskets and hardware, connect the X-pipe to factory catalytic converters, torque per specs, and verify sensor connections.

      Application. The Stainless Works 1.875-Inch Long Tube Headers with Catted X-Pipe; Factory Connect fit 2006–2013 Corvette C6 models equipped with 427, Z06, or ZR1 engines.
